An escape room is an immersive thematic entertainment experience in which groups of 2 to 12 people enter a series of rooms and have 60 minutes to figure out puzzles, hints and clues in order to escape.

No, at no time are any of the entrance or exit doors locked. Your Game Master is available throughout your entire experience to assist with exit if needed. There are also clearly marked exits for your use.

The majority of our puzzles are designed for adult minds, however we welcome all ages. Any player 12 years of age or under must be accompanied by at least one adult in the room. Children aged 5 and under are free.

We have a very strict NO REFUND policy. You may reschedule your game if you contact us 24 hours before your scheduled time. Within 24 hours, there is a rescheduling fee.

The total experience can be approximately 90 minutes. This includes a 15 minute briefing, 60 minute game play and 15 minute debriefing.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to check in and have the maximum time for playing the game.

Each booking slot is 60 minutes. Your game starts at the scheduled booking time. If you arrive after the scheduled booking time or without enough time for check-in, the game will end 60 minutes after the scheduled booking start time.

The game has a minimum cost is 4 paying players. If 2 or 3 people want to play, they must pay the cost of 4 players. For each additional player, the simple per-person rate is all that applies.

The padlocks represent the difficulty of the room. 5 padlocks represents our most difficult room. Lower numbers of padlocks are less difficult.
